4. Timelines
   Delivery timelines depend on timely client cooperation and third-party services.
5. Revisions
   Included revisions are limited to those agreed in the proposal. Additional work is chargeable.
6. Intellectual Property
   Ownership transfers after full payment. Poly Web Solutions retains ownership of proprietary frameworks and reusable assets.
7. Third-Party Services
   We are not responsible for failures or changes by hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins or external platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
   Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
9. Termination
   Either party may terminate by written notice. Client remains liable for completed work and incurred costs.
10. Governing Law
    Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts where the Company’s registered office is situated.
